Who operates this pilot. COMPASS ONE is a private pilot operated by Szymanski Consulting. It is not an official product of any service-club organization. The operator is responsible for the pilot service.

How it helps

LTG mentoring

COMPASS facilitates the briefing you would give your Governor: what is working in the division, where clubs need help, and who is ready to grow into a role. Mentorship and future-leader notes are development-oriented. The product will not store complaints or personality attacks about people.

At-risk clubs

A watch list ranks clubs in your assignment from membership trends, leadership gaps, and club-health signals. When Heatmap and Lighthouse are enabled, those sources are read server-side and folded into Pulse and the conversation. The ranking is a practical attention list, not a prediction that a club will close.

Commitments and This week

Record dated promises as you talk. On the next visit, This week surfaces overdue or due-soon commitments, upcoming projects, positive membership wins, and known deadlines — a short list, not a firehose.

Voice and chat

Tap Talk to speak, or Chat when you cannot. COMPASS saves the notes, alerts, and follow-ups you ask it to keep, then re-reads them later so the next session has continuity. It does not train a model on your conversations.

How access works

Invite only. An administrator creates your account and binds your role to a division, district, or organization. There is no self-serve register.
Email-code sign-in. You enter the email you were invited with. COMPASS emails a 6-digit sign-in code. There is no password.
Scoped to your job. An LTG sees their division. A Governor sees their district. You are not asked to pick a district or club at login.
You decide what is kept. Conversations are stored for continuity. Insights and commitments are saved when you ask COMPASS to remember them. Voiding a note hides it from briefings and keeps an audit row.
