Status: draft terms for a private leadership pilot. Not lawyer-reviewed. David will set governing law, liability, and licensing later. This page is here so invited users can see the rules the product actually runs under today.

Who operates this pilot. COMPASS ONE is a private pilot operated by Szymanski Consulting. It is not an official product of any service-club organization. The operator is responsible for the pilot service.

The service

COMPASS ONE is a conversational briefing tool for service-club field leaders. This instance is an internal / private pilot operated by Szymanski Consulting. It is not an official product of any service-club organization. It is not licensed for public distribution or general commercial use.

The public description of the pilot is at /welcome. Sign-in is at the login page.

Accounts and access

Access is by invitation only. Requesting access on the welcome page does not create an account.
Sign-in uses a 6-digit email code sent to the invited address. There is no password.
Your role and geography are bound by an administrator. There is no role picker at login.
You must keep that sign-in code and session tokens to yourself.
The operator may deactivate an assignment (soft removal) or refuse a request for a sign-in code.

Your responsibilities

You agree to the Usage Policy: professional field-leadership use, positive-only people notes, no attempt to reach another organization’s data, and care with exported member names. You are responsible for the accuracy of notes you ask COMPASS to save and for the leadership decisions you make after a conversation.

Assistant output

COMPASS uses a third-party AI model. Replies can be incomplete or wrong. Club “at-risk” ranks are an unreviewed rule index for attention, not a calibrated prediction and not an official finding. Do not rely on COMPASS as the sole basis for personnel, charter, or legal decisions.

Data

How conversations, insights, Heatmap/Lighthouse overlays, export, void/audit, and 6-digit email-code sign-in work is described in the Privacy Policy. In short: we store transcript text and saved notes indefinitely unless an administrator deletes them; we do not store voice audio; we do not train the model on your conversations; we send live conversation content to the AI provider so the assistant can answer.

You grant the operator permission to process that data as needed to run this pilot for your organization, including the processors named on the Privacy Policy page.

Availability

The pilot is provided as-is. Features may be flagged off in a given environment. We do not promise uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw the service.

Intellectual property

COMPASS ONE software and branding remain with Szymanski Consulting and its licensors. Club and membership data remain with the organization that supplied them. Notes you save are organizational records for that tenant, not a personal consumer account.

Liability (draft — for counsel)

COMPASS ONE is a private pilot operated by Szymanski Consulting. It is not an official product of any service-club organization. The operator is responsible for the pilot service.

To the extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for decisions made using assistant output, for third-party service outages (auth email, AI, Heatmap, Lighthouse), or for indirect damages. Governing law, venue, indemnity, and any liability cap are not specified here — flagged for David.

Changes

We may update these pages as the product changes. The “last reviewed” date at the top is the software-matching date. Material legal wording will be replaced after counsel review. There is currently no recorded click-through that you accepted a given version.
